Our policy is in place to make it fair to myself and to you as a client. 

* For any cancelations made later that 24 hours prior to your time of appointment a cancelation fee of £10.00 will be charged.

* Due to strict appointments system, prompt arrival is required. Lost time due to late arrival cannot be made up.

* A booking deposit of £15.00 will need to be made online which is non-returnable unless I have 48 hours' notice in which to book another appointment. This deposit is included as part of the appointment fee, and is not an additional cost.
